I have loved learning and practicing good health and fitness habits since I was in middle school. What I am truly passionate about, though, is yoga. Not just the physical part of yoga (which I absolutely love), but also the philosophy of the ancient practice. I would love to share all of the knowledge I have about the physical, mental, and emotional practices of yoga. I am a certified yoga teacher through YogaFit, with multiple trainings from YogaFit under my belt: Prenatal/Postnatal, YogaCore, YogaStrength (yoga with weights), Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, and Anatomy and Alignment. I also am a certified PiYo instructor! PiYo is a pilates and yoga inspired fast-paced cardio class. I have had multiple personal trainers in the past and have the knowledge to create well-rounded, personalized workout plans that work perfect for your needs, wants and desires. I have been teaching yoga and PiYo multiple times a week for over a year and would love to start teaching you!
