    Hello! My name is Kathleen and I'm excited to share the magic of paper folding with you! I've been folding since I was in Elementary school and teaching formally since 2004. I really enjoy helping my students find success in origami. If you are a beginner or looking to learn a certain skill or model, I can help you reach your goal. I am also a licensed teacher and have a degree in teaching Spanish. Teaching and tutoring Spanish is another passion of mine! I'm creative, patient, flexible and understanding. I look forward to helping you realize your paper dreams and/or Spanish goals!

    Great first lesson. Kathleen contacted me in advance to find out what I’d like to work on and she was prepared with several options tonight. Her helpful tips on folding and diagram reading were just what I was looking for. We agreed on the next piece and I’m already looking forward to our next lesson. Thank you!

    Kathleen is a very pleasant person to learn from. She is patient and very willing to redo if you need a rerun on a step. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of learning things to share. I love my origami lessons, looking forward to each new experience. Kathleen is a very nice person.

    I was looking for a boost to my new hobby with origami, and have had two lessons so far with Kathleen. I couldn't be happier with the lesson experience; her approach is detailed, clear, easy to follow along with and relaxed. She was even folding upside down from her point of view so that I could see from across the table. I was really impressed. There's nothing like learning from a real person. Definitely looking forward to more lessons in the future.
