I teach piano to students of all ages and experience levels. I'm passionate about the beauty and history of the instrument, and hope to share that with others! I began taking piano when I was eight from award-winning pianist Anna Stembler-Smith at Bluffton University. I participated in four Northwest Ohio Ribbon festivals from 2006-2010. I teach both theory and style, drawing from baroque. classical, romantic, impressionist. and contemporary artists to help students form a well-rounded portfolio. Some of my favorite composers include Shostakovich, Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, and Debussy.
