My name is Kate, and I've been a yoga student and teacher on and off since the age of 18. In 2020, l officially became re-certified as an instructor by completing both a 200 and a 300 hour yoga teacher training program, currently putting me at at 500 hours of instructor certification. I am always pursuing continuing education and different forms of yoga and meditation so I may offer even more variety to my students. I am passionate about providing my knowledge in yoga and meditation to my students so they can cultivate a passion for their own wellness and expand their personal practice in ways they possibly had not previously imagined. I love working with small groups but also working one on one with students so I may focus my undivided attention on their needs and goals.
