English (ESL) with Karlene L.

I am from the beautiful Island of Jamaica. Many people may not realize it but the official Language of Jamaica is English however; we do speak a dialect called Patois. Music is a big part of my life and in my formative years, I travelled with Jamaican Artists as a Backing vocalist. Through music, I have visited many countries including China, Australia, Kenya and many countries in Europe. Aside from music and travelling, I love writing and I am now in the process of completing my first book. I taught English in Japan for five years, teaching both adults and children so I know I can be of assistance to students wanting to learn English.
