Hi! I’m Karina. I am an experience singer-songwriter from Houston,TX in the pop & Latin genre. I am a recent graduate of Belmont University in Nashville studying music. During my studies, I furthered my education in music theory, classical voice, contemporary music, piano, guitar, songwriting, and music business. I have over 10 years of studying contemporary voice and 7-8 years of studying Classical voice. I would describe my voice as a mezzo coloratura soprano. However, I can sing low notes like altos do. As a person who grew up with 2 native languages- English & Spanish, I can help people learn how to become fluent in these languages that come natural for me. My personality is calm, bubbly sometimes, and encouraging. I make sure that you have a pleasant learning experience at my lessons.
