Creative Writing with Kai A.

I'm an author, lifelong worldbuilder, and multipotentialite. I have an avid interest in linguistics, especially in the context of history, psychology, and culture. I'm currently an ESL Tutor and one of my hobbies is conlag (ie. inventing fictional/constructed languages). I'm an artist too. I also graduated from Olin College of Engineering with a degree in computer science, which seems like something of a paradox. After all, "creative writing" and "engineer" aren't words often associated with one another. However, that means I know more than anyone writers and creatives come from any and all walks of life, with different types of experience, ways of thinking, and end goals for their writing pursuits. Every student is different. As such, I craft lessons on an individual basis. I have a firm policy there is no such thing as a "stupid" idea. Students will not only improve their creative writing skills, but may also learn about themselves as a writer and hone their style. I look forward to meeting you!
