Hello, my name is Kade. I have loved cooking my whole life. I started to competitively cook when I was 15. I competed on Teen Chef Masters at age 17. I am in the LGBT community, I am open and respectful to everyone. I enjoy lifting weights when I am not in the kitchen. Eating healthy had been a problem for me for a lot of my life. I can teach you how I was able to fix my problem with flexible dieting. I have helped many with a variety of diets be able to cook with ease. You need food to survive, why not make it taste amazing!

Kade has taught me recipes that have left me incredibly impressed. Keto friendly, vegan friendly and macro friendly treats have been my lessons and let me tell you, we can eat delicious things and not stress about it negatively effecting our bodies!
