Hi, there! My name is Justin and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since 2014, and love encouraging students to make the music they love. I got my bachelor's of music in 2015, and have performed a wide range of music in the U.S. and Europe, including classical, jazz, free improvisation, contemporary classical, and music with electronics. I'm an outgoing and open-minded person and my teaching style strives for being flexible to the individuality of my students, eclectic in approach, yet providing a very strong technical foundation. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
Justin was very good about checking in a couple days before the lesson. Very professional attitude, but very fun for my son as well.
I'd already been a guitar major when I started taking lessons with Justin. The way he approaches learning was really influential for my guitar playing even, and I had a fun time working together.
I had been working on my All-State audition, and Justin really gave me the help I needed! Thrilled to be sitting third.
Justin has been teaching me music theory in a fun way. Now we are working on reading sheet music. He is understanding and patient with me.
I really enjoy cello lessons with him.
Justin has really helped me a lot. In a few weeks my tone and confidence for playing have gone way up!
First lesson went great! Justin is very patient and inspiring.
