I worked for 1 year with this band touring independently, signing a 3 year 3 album contract with Victory Records, and touring for roughly a year with their support.

I have been educating myself ever since picking up the drum set at 13 years old. Fortunately I have been able to maintain a consistent and progressive practice schedule ever since, and continue to push myself musically.

Drumming is almost entirely muscle memory. I believe that anyone who wants to play drums, can play drums. I have systems implemented in my own practice routine that allow me to become a more precise, tasteful, and musical drummer. I can work with whatever skill level you are at. I teach timing, groove, rudiments, applying rudiments behind the drum set, theory, musicality behind the drum set, limb independence, odd timing, polyrythms, and much more. Hello everyone, my name is Justin. I am a self taught percussionist/drum set drummer with experience in a wide range of musical genres. I also write my own music to play along to through a few different computer programs (DAWs). I am a very patient and understanding tutor, I enjoy watching people grow from the moment we start having lessons.
