Piano with Jurhee H.

Music Instructor Jurhee H. started music training at a young age, starting piano lesson at seven and Organ and Violin at ten. She started to teach piano/organ from her senior year at high school. She holds Bachelor of Music in Organ performance from Ewha Woman’s University in South Korea and Master of Music / Post Master Diploma from Manhattan School of Music in NYC. While she was studying Organ performance, she broadened her experiences studying in Piano and Organ Pedagogy, Choral Conducting. As an active church musician, she has many experience to direct children/adult choirs. Recently, she serves as Parish Organist at St. John’s Getty Square, Yonkers, New York. She offers Piano and Organ lesson Privately in New York City. "I've been teaching students over 10 years. I am focus on technical foundation for students. At the same time, I try to inspire my students to enjoy the moment of making music and get excited about their progress. I designed the lessons to the individual students interests and desires."
