I am a tender-hearted and fun Los Angeles based wellness practitioner who came to this profession by way of living in my own highly sensitive body. I have always been an extremely hard worker, and as such, I attained a Bachelor of Science in both Theatre Performance and Mass Communications in the beginning of my career. I spent years working in the service industry and pursuing my dreams, while my well-being gradually dwindled. As I became sicker, Western Medicine offered few useful solutions, and most of its remedies only led me to more health problems. Thankfully, I found Pilates in 2005 and it paved my path towards healing and recovering from the toxic side of type-A tendencies. Pilates helped me so immensely in my first six years as a client that I was inspired to reassess and reorient my life's goals and dreams around sharing it with others. Though I remain an avid lifetime learner, my relationship to work and the way I prioritize self-care and wellness has totally transformed. I find the most meaning and joy in life by helping others and being with them in a resonant way as we find their optimal levels of strength, peace, balance and well-being. I believe in walking my own talk by continuously growing in my own practices and offerings. Through this work, we explore movement, ideas and stories, profound connections with ourselves and others, and miracles, both great and small. It is my honor and privilege to behold others and appreciate them for who they are during our work together. I would be delighted to meet you to see if we are a good fit!
