I hold a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Texas at Arlington. I am passionate about helping people of all ages find their unique voice. Your vocal health is my top priority, with a main focus of teaching you the best vocal techniques to help you produce a beautiful sound without the worry of damaging your vocal cords. The techniques I teach can be transferred to any vocal style you wish to sing. I can help you or your student prepare for an upcoming audition of any type, such as college entrance auditions, church solos, musicals, as well as prep for songs to be sung for special occasions, weddings, recitals, etc.. I also specialize in sight-singing training and technique. Let me help you reach your full vocal potential ...and have fun while doing it!

Julie is a wonderful role model for our 11 year old and she is an excellent coach! We are so blessed to have found her. She is very sweet and encouraging and it is remarkable how much Isabelle progressed in such a short time with Julie. I give her my highest recommendation for her very apparent high moral character as well as her knowledge and professionalism.

Julie is an excellent teacher! Julie was able to teach me as a beginning singing student in an effective way. She made me feel comfortable and I was able to see real progress in my singing. I'd definitely recommend her to any new student!

Julie has been such a great influence on my granddaughter, Madison. Madison really looks forward to her lessons each week and has gained so much from her experiences with Julie. I really appreciate Julie's commitment to vocal health and helping each of her students to reach their full potential. I HIGHLY recommend her.
