What makes a great pianist? The pianist who understands that the vibrations from the piano is a gateway to your inner soul. I have been a professional pianist for over 15 years. I started at the age of 11 and never stopped playing since. Sometimes beginners can feel like learning is a tedious process. However, I have developed a way to keep it entertaining during the first couple of weeks. Like many others I had struggled with playing with both hands and playing different tempos but there are strategies that make it easier to learn. Most of my students can play their first song in the first week! It does not matter if you are a beginner, advanced, young, or older. Everyone can benefit from learning to play. I have realized in the years that playing piano has multiple benefits like releasing built up emotions, multi-tasking development, discipline development, and an over all spiritual connection to the musical vibrations.
