Hi! My name is Julia and I’ve been practicing yoga for nearly 15 years. I’m a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and received my training in India. I’m passionate about yoga, meditation and mindfulness techniques, and pranayama (yogic breathing). I teach private classes on these topics, either traveling to the comfort of your home or through an online session.
What could a class include?
• Yoga asanas- Hatha flow style
• Pranayama- breathing techniques to help align energy and increase vitality
• Meditation- a combo of meditation, mindfulness & breathing techniques tailored to address your specific concerns (ie stress reduction, anxiety, sleeplessness)
• Integration of holistic wellness practices to help you lead your best life
