Hi, there! My name is Josue, or Mr. A as my other students call me. I've been teaching in a classroom setting and private lessons since I was in college, 2009 and have loved helping my students become better musicians by helping them develop their music skills and become less nervous while performing. I went to California State Dominguez Hills and earned a degree in Music Education in 2013. I'm a fun and patient person and I have a constructivist approach in my teaching, along with the traditional method of learning music through practice, but our lessons will focus more on your technique development so that we don't sit around while you play and I just listen for an hour, that's not very helpful. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
