Josh recently helped me with Biondello's speech from Taming of the Shrew, which I had to perform in a production. The one that starts, "Why Petruchio is coming in a new hat and an old jerkin....". It's a difficult speech because it is full of archaic and obscure references. So after I had done all of the text work, I now had to make all of it come alive. Josh's approach forced me to get out of my head and make it active and clear. With Josh's guidance, I was able to serve Shakespeare's language and make it engaging and fun!

I got the chance to be part of my first Shakespeare production with Josh. He taught me the fundamentals of Shakespearean acting very effectively. Unlike many teachers who teach because they can't do, he's a wonderful Shakespearean actor who is very knowledgeable and communicates his passion.
