Saxophone with Joshua P.

Hello! I am currently a second year undergraduate student at UCLA majoring in Music Performance and concentrating on Classical Saxophone. I enjoy teaching saxophone because I believe that it is highly underrated in the world of music and aim to spread it's beautiful sound. Lessons are aimed to learn basic and advanced techniques. Of course if there are any questions, they will be answered! My ultimate goal is to become a university professor for saxophone and to go all around the world teaching and performing the saxophone. My past teachers include Dr. Otis Murphy, Dr. Douglas Masek, Laura Kramer, and Cameron Domingues. I have also attended masterclasses led by Dr. Tim Mcallister and Dr. Kenneth Tse. At UCLA I perform and rehearse weekly with the UCLA Wind Ensemble, UCLA Saxophone Quartet, and the UCLA VME Ensemble. In the free time that I have I enjoy drinking green tea and coffee and enjoy working out at the gym.
