I'm not like most tutors. I don't teach so you can complete an assignment or ace an exam. I teach so that you can understand. It just so happens that through that understanding, the assignments become far more trivial, and the exams are far less intimidating. Hi! My name is Jordan and I am an innovative tutor and life-long learner! It is a passion of mine to help others learn and understand (rather than memorize) math and writing. I have been tutoring informally for eight years, and formally for three. I have tutored many people and have seen my students excel in their classes with my help. I am a highly skilled, extremely intelligent college student achieving As in all of my classes. As a math major, I know how vital it is to grasp those tough math concepts. However, with my knowledge and ability to teach, I will break down those seemingly impossible concepts into bite-sized pieces in a way you can understand.
