Guitar with Jonathan S.

I have been teaching guitar and bass for 8 years. For most of my music career, I was the bassist and acoustic guitar player in 2 very popular bands, and have toured nationally and internationally. One of my areas of expertise is in performance; I teach students to play in a way that is geared towards putting on a great show, which includes warming up properly, knowledge of on-stage performance gear, and exuding captivating stage presence. On top of all this, my REAL passion and talent lies in songwriting. I have written, produced, and recorded songs for many popular artists, TV shows, films, and commercials. We can work together to perfect your arrangements, melodies, and lyrics to create catchy tunes that represent you as an artist. In addition to all this, we will track your progress through professionally filmed video sessions once every four lessons (included as a bonus to your lessons).
