As a high school band director, I know how to teach from students just beginning to advanced. Private Students of mine have gone on to perform in All-State Ensembles, Compete in Kiwanis Competitions, participate in local community ensembles, and much more. As a musician, I am the winds division winner of the Ronald Sachs International Music Competition, serve on the Education Committee for the International Clarinet Association, present at conferences including the International Saxophone Symposium, International Duo Symposium, and much more. Taking private lessons is the first step to many opportunities in music.

In my first lesson Jonathan was able to give me suggestions, which I hadn't been taught in eight years of instruction, for improving my Saxophone playing. By the end of the lesson, I had already improved on the piece of music I was working on.
