Peer mentoring was a class assignment that was mandatory to do. We had to so 15 hours; however, I did more than that. Instead of doing the max 15 hours, I decided to do one writing class and three public speaking classes twice a week.

As an instructor, I have an opportunity to interact with children from different backgrounds, ethnicity, and ages. I have the opportunity to teach many fitness students, sports, and enrichment classes. I also assist the director and administrative assistant with responsibilities in the office like answering phone calls and clerical work.

For over 15 years of experience of kung fu, I made my way up to the place of Assistant Manager. My duties are to teach students, collect tuition, enrollments, and supervise the studio. I am considered one of the most respected students and instructors. I have taught Kung Fu since I was 16, received my master's at the age of 20.
