You can do parkour. That is my guarantee. You may find it intimidating or dangerous but I've introduced dozens of people to this art of movement and it is fully accessible to you.

My name is Jonathan McCarver and I've practiced parkour for over 10 years. I began teaching lessons in 2014 and opened the first dedicated parkour gym in the state of Tennessee in 2016.

I am a certified instructor under the WFPF system (World Freerunning and Parkour Federation) and I have traveled all over the country for parkour events and seminars. I specialize in making parkour accessible and fun to anyone and everyone no matter what their starting point is.
