I have been tutoring math for about 6 years. I have a specific teaching style with an emphasis on breaking down concepts into simple terms that could be easily absorbed and remembered to ensure that the objective of the lesson is understood. I love answering questions and helping people to understand concepts. I believe many people have a fear of math and my goal is to break down that wall of fear. I currently work in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry; therefore, I rely on my math skills on a daily basis. I want my students to reach their full potential while having a great time learning!

I have obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Architecture. I am a Professional Engineer and soon to be Architect. Working in the construction industry requires me to work with different maths and physics principles on a daily basis. If the Student is serious about learning math and physics, I am dedicated to helping along the way. Some of the math subjects that I have experience tutoring include: Basic Math, Algebra, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and some Calculus. Some of the physics subjects that I have experience tutoring include: Fundamental Concepts, Mechanics, Kinematics, Thermodynamics, and Electricity. The goal is to make the concepts as easy as possible to understand. I do not quit until my Student has fully understood the concepts and feel confident in their own abilities to solve problems. All that I ask is that my Student comes ready to learn and not to give up.

As a Building Engineering Consultant, Mr. Clark is involved with design, building code compliance review, condition assessments, and testing/analysis of existing building systems. Mr. Clark manages and assist Clients to prioritize funds for renovations and upgrades through assessment of Real Estate Portfolio Programs. Assessments are conducted through the performance of field evaluations which develop into written technical reports, construction drawings, and specifications. Mr. Clark is highly motivated to foster relationships with new clients, as well as, cultivate and grow relationships with existing clients. Furthermore, Mr. Clark manages the financials of small projects and directly interacts with Clients and Contractors.

During his time in school, Mr. Clark completed a variety of internships at engineering, architecture, and construction firms. Through his experience at various internships, Mr. Clark assisted in the production of construction documents for permitting, bidding and construction; assisted with design and detailing of building systems and building materials; and completed energy audits. He is proficient in Virtual Design Construction (VCD)/Building Information Modeling (BIM) such as Revit and AutoCAD.
