I walked into the class with no prior teaching experience but just took to it naturally from day one. Soon I was teaching there full time. I think of teaching basically as this; recognizing a students needs and goals and then communicating with them clearly and simply in order to accomplish those goals. I enjoy teaching and often learn from my students in unforeseen ways. I consider my students to be friends.
Aside from teaching I have worked solely in the music industry since 1990. I have played all over the United States and many other places in the world. I enjoy listening to and playing many different styles of music. I have also written a lot of music for video games and film music.

I have played all over the world in concert halls, casino showrooms, headlining cruise ships, fairs, churches, night clubs, concert opening bands. In addition to performing I also write, produce for myself and clients, and teach.+ Read More
