Trombone with Jon B.

I am a professional trombone player and teacher. I have been teaching ever since I graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Music with my master's degree in bass trombone performance. I have regularly subbed with orchestras and have had performances all over Ohio. Students can expect to improve their tone, fundamentals, and musicality every week with practice. While I am always happy to help a student work on their music for band, I believe that the best way to learn is to practice music that is more challenging and rewarding then the standard band repertoire. In lessons students can expect to perform assigned solos or etudes that they've been working on that week, and then use those pieces to build upon what they've worked on so that they can continue to grow as musicians.
