Greetings! I am a teacher who believes in the importance of understanding you and your needs so that we can accomplish, as a team, your specific goals for learning to play the piano - whether that means playing a Beethoven sonata, playing by ear, or creating your own music! I am a classically trained pianist with a Master's degree from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. I have studied with some of the most famous pianists in the world today including Menahem Pressler, Gabriel Chodos and Livia Rev. I also have a lot of experience in the world outside of classical piano, which informs my teaching and enables me to offer your a much more well-rounded approach to not only the piano, but to understanding and enjoying music itself!
