Hi! I'm John. Watching someone's passion for playing guitar grow is amazing to watch, and I will do everything I can to guide you on your journey. The beginning stages of learning to play the guitar are perhaps the most exciting. Practice is key, but there are so many ways you can practice, whether learning the chords of songs you like or simply improvising and experimenting. As a musician as well as a teacher, I've learned that learning the fundamentals of guitar playing is a great way to build a base for future artistic expression and aspiring musicians. Of course, there are many reasons why students want to learn to play the guitar, all of them valid, and whatever your personal aims are in picking up the guitar I will be right there with you the whole time.
