*Bachelor of Music Business and Percussion Performance-Southern Illinois University Edwardsville*Master of Music Percussion Performance - Southern Illinois University EdwardsvilleI began playing professionally in high school and continue to teach privately and perform in multiple groups throughout the St Louis area.  During my college years I performed with the SIUE Wind Symphony, University Orchestra, University Percussion Ensemble and University Jazz Combos.  While in college I taught 2 years of undergraduate music theory for my graduate assistantship.   *** Lesson Details *** I am laid back and enjoy having fun with my students because I believe if you're not having fun you're not doing it right.  My students can expect to work hard, be rewarded and truly realize their full potential.  You will always be expected to come prepared but can be sure you'll have fun and leave with much more than what you came with.   *** Travel Equipment *** Students should provide drums, guitar and required texts. I can provide extra sticks and mallets. *** Specialties *** Classically trained percussionist; specialize in rock, country, rockabilly and jazz.
