I am from Brooklyn, NY and have taught music in both an elementary school and in one-on-one settings. In undergrad, I majored in Music and Psychology and have experience tutoring and teaching guitar for over three years. I have extensive work experience with kids as a babysitter and a camp counselor in both day camp and sleep away settings. I have previously worked full-time as a music teacher in an elementary school have taught guitar to students of any age! In addition to music, I have tutored students ranging from 3 years old to graduate students in ELA and writing. My specialties lie in essay-writing but I have assisted with learning spelling, grammar and phonics. I have also taught English as a second language. As a former student, I understand the importance and value of a great teacher and I love sharing my passions with others!
