I have been a baker my entire life.  My family owned bakeries and Dunkin Donuts and I have been part of that.  However, I am a Master Decorator where I learned the fine art of sugar work (making life like flowers out of sugar) in Paris, France in 2007.  I returned from having that unique educational opportunity, and took additional master classes in advanced decorating.  

I have extensive experience dealing with fondant, gumpaste molding, gumpaste flowers (roses, gerber daises, stargazer lillies, etc.) and other types of decorative cake decorating.

But if you are beginner, and want to learn the basics of covering a cake in buttercream or basics in covering a cake with fondant, I am well-versed to help you learn and achieve any goal in decorating you wish from beginner to elaborate.
