My family has been in baking all of my life. We owned several bakeries and Dunkin Donuts. However, in 2007 I went to Paris, France and learned the fine art of sugar work, which is essentially making life-like flowers out of gumpaste. I came back from that unique experience and took master classes and I am now a Master Cake Artist that is incredibly passionate about what I do.
