I'm an experienced Full Stack Python and Javascript developer with six-plus years in this field, mainly building Django, Flask, React and React Native apps. I graduated from Code Fellows coding academy in Seattle, WA, and recently became a recipient of the Grow with Google Android Developer scholarship. While attending coding school I realized programming is a natural human skill similar to writing and reading and it can be learned by anyone, as long as the teacher makes it enjoyable, engaging and offer additional help and clarification to help reinforce the material learned in class. I include that experience in my approach to coaching. I make things simple, easy to digest, and enjoyable. Afterward, I recommend practicing what we just learned and suggest working on real-world projects that help build the student's portfolio. My mission is to coach students who could use some help getting started with programming, need help getting unstuck, or even programmers with some experience who want to build their skills.
