Pilates is a mind-body exercise using a floor mat. It develops your core strength, improves flexibility, posture and creates body awareness. No matter your age or condition, Pilates can work for you.

I ensure that a class can be geared for any fitness level and age with modifications customized for any injuries, limitation or contraindications.

In my opinion, Pilates is about progress not perfection.

Greetings! I have been a Pilates instructor since 2007 and have taught a range of students from teenagers to senior and different fitness abilities including chair Pilates. I provide modification for the beginner to advanced so that you can make a class suit your comfort level. It's about progress, not perfection.
