Learn American Sign Language from an experienced professional who works in the Deaf community. What makes my classes unique is that I can teach both formal and informal aspects of ASL because of my day to day experience with Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals. So you'll learn more than the technical side of the language, but also the practical and how things are used in real life.

I studied Educational Interpreting (for American Sign Language) at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and I have been working in my local Deaf community for 3 years now. I spend much of my time with deaf and hard of hearing adults and children and receive constant on the job training for ASL and teaching. I am committed to giving a complete functional understanding of ASL and Deaf culture.
