Steel Drums with Jessie O.

I am a professional drummer, percussionist, and teacher. I am currently a music major at the University of Central Florida. I teach privately and at two high schools in the area. I have taught students as young as 4 years old but I have a special place for middle school/ high school students and adults! My students can expect to improve every time we meet. I give special assignments that will push my student to get better and feel excited to come back. I have performed in coffee shops, schools, churches, festivals, and more around the Orlando area! I am mainly a percussionist but I also have studied and performed with piano and electric bass. My favorite styles of music range from pop to classical to jazz to soul. My goal as a teacher is to help my student to surpass me! If I don’t know the answer to something I will go on the learning journey with you and we’ll figure it out together. I look forward to meeting you and helping you become a better musician and person!
