    Hello, my name is Jessica. Welcome to my profile page! I have been teaching English professionally (in schools, language institutes, colleges and online) since I received my TEFL certification in 2011. Beyond General English, my specialties are in teaching English for Business, Tourism and Hospitality and Medical purposes. Although American and born in the United States, I have grown up and lived in several different countries, from all my travels I have realized the major impact that languages play in our lives and how essential it is to know them, not only to communicate, but also to succeed! Of all of them, English still seems to be the most internationally recognized language and the most important one to use in global business and education. Why are you choosing to learn English? Whatever your goal may be, I am here to guide and support you in achieving it. In our lessons we will focus on the language you really need with an emphasis on the speaking component. Our goal is not only improve your English language skills, but to also improve your confidence so that you will be able to communicate better in every situation.

    I got a 30 lesson before my first one-hour class today. Jess was very attentive to my mistakes and has pointed out me improvements to develop. Today we discussed a lot about phrasal verbs and its application for different contexts. I can say she is helping me to improve my English and thank you, Jess, for making me feel more confident. I have faith that the things are going up!
