I have had the pleasure of volunteering to tutor, teach, and mentor in STEM at local middle and high schools throughout my undergraduate education. I also am currently a biology tutor for chegg.com. I receive a great feeling of satisfaction when I am able to help someone understand a concept they are struggling with because I know first-hand how frustrating these situations can be. I have a strong sense of responsibility and a strong work ethic. I communicate efficiently with my peers and supervisors as well as keep my commitments. As a tutor, I am sociable and patient and want to make sure my students are fully grasping concepts.

I am a pre-medical student with a BS in Biology and I love sharing my interest in science with others. Many of my fondest memories in college have been in my health care volunteering experiences. Outside of academics, I love to relax with art, whether it be painting, drawing, or crochet, I love keeping my eye out for an interesting new “do it yourself” project. Besides art, I love to go to the beach, cook, and spend time with my family.
