Yoga with Jessica L.

I instruct yoga for all ages and abilities in the Denton County area. I've taught for Karma Yoga Denton - an organization that works with the community and local nonprofits - for 2 years. I also currently teach private lessons for middle and high school students at a private school in Southlake. I have experience with elderly populations (slow flow), advanced populations (Camp Gladiator and & Marines in training), and everyone in between! Additionally, I've held a breathing and meditation workshop as well as taught a class at the GNC World Franchise show. Students can expect to leave my class feeling grounded and more in touch with their bodies and minds. I help students connect their breath to their physical strength and movement. Educating AND training is my goal! Sessions will always be laid back and tailored to suit each individual client's needs.
