About Jessica L.
5.0
(10)
I have been playing string instruments since I was 3 years old. I studied the violin with a heavy emphasis on the Suzuki method from age 3-16. From the age of 12- present I have studied both electric and upright bass. Additionally, throughout my studies in college and my masters, I have become well-versed in viola repertoire. I have a wide range of experience both playing professionally and teaching.
In my lessons, students can expect structured and sequential instruction that is catered to each students own learning and playing abilities. I would love to continue to help inspire and grow aspiring musicians of all ages!

Jessica is a great instructor who we would highly recommend to anyone! 🏆
Our daughter (7yrs old) has studied violin with her in person (and now online) weekly for the past 3.5 years and enjoys their time together. Jessica has good communication and is caring and patient yet firm and steady in her teaching.
Jessica is a talented and accomplished musician who goes the extra mile for her students. Again, highly recommended! If you are looking to get your child on the right path as a musician with an effective player and teacher, look no further, Jessica will take great care of you!

Iv'e had several bass teachers over the years...non compares to the knowledge and application of music theory and its application to playing bass as Jessica.. She's taught me more than just how to play song on bass but also the application of the theory in a song
