Learn how to properly sing a variety of genres from a singer of 16 years

My services were offered starting around May of last year and my business has grown quite quickly. Every student I have had/have who've competed in a competition like Solo and Ensemble and TMEA for choir has made top ratings. All of the kids that I have recruited are very talented and each one has a lot of potential as young performers. While I hold my students to a high standard, I also go out of my way to be as encouraging and positive as possible.

    About Jessica B.

I am a passionate and very competitive musician of 16 years. I sing opera/classical, indie, pop, country and sacred music. Throughout my high school years, I was known to have solos in the school varsity choir in Rockwall High School, I was invited to sing at an Independence Day celebration where Congressman Ralph Hall was in attendance, and I have sang in the same concert as Jason Castro at a holiday event in Rockwall, Texas. Later on, in competitive college level vocal competitions, I have gotten first place 6 out of the 8 times I have competed through the years. Eventually I made it to the national level where I was one of the 13 picked out of 13,000 college students around the Nation to compete in this NATS competition. I have sang in the top choir at OBU and toured Italy with them. Was blessed to sing with this choir in the Sistine Chapel. I have also sang in four operas in college; two of which I had lead roles in. I have completed all of my music credits in college that provided intensive training in the opera field. Started at Ouachita Baptist University and finished training at A&M Commerce. With all of this experience, I have an extensive amount of knowledge in the vocal mechanism, how it develops, and how to assist beginners to upper intermediate students on how to grow as a singer. I had opened up my studio last year so I have been in business as a vocal teacher for a little over a year. My studio has a very high success rate for competitions and overall performances.
