She's the owner of Tin Canyon Farm, an Escargot & Mushroom farm, where she cultivates, cooks, and leads professional chef retreats. Her love of pasta making started in Sicily where she learned to make pasta from her Grandmother. She has since become one of the experts in her field and teaches the art and history of pasta making.
