Hello! I'm Jerry Craft, a professional Nashville session player and music producer of over 25 years. During my time in Nashville, I was able to travel to Mississippi and Memphis, TN, quite often to learn slide playing from some of the masters and original artists of the genre. 

I LOVE to teach people how to play slide guitar, and am able to customize instruction for you as an individual. you WILL learn from me, regardless of previous experience, equipment, or skill level. Let's go!

Hi, there, lovers of guitar! My name is Jerry Craft, and I LOVE to teach people how to play slide guitar. Think Robert Johnson, Son House, Muddy Waters, Duane Allman, Derek Trucks.... I was a Nashville session player for over 25 years and spent much time in Mississippi and Memphis learning from the masters. I want to pass this precious knowledge on to you. 

I believe in teaching skills, not just songs, and I will create a curriculum that is just for you. You WILL learn to play slide guitar with me. I care, I am a seasoned player, and I want you to enjoy playing as much as I do. Your experience, skill, nor equipment doesn't matter. If you have time to practice, you will be sliding away  quickly.
