Tuba with Jeremy O.

I have been teaching music for over 10 years now. I come from Indiana and I worked as a brass teacher for several state finalist high school marching bands. I believe that students need to feel free to make mistakes. When students feel comfortable it is easier for them to focus on getting better and are much more receptive to feedback. I currently play euphonium for the Philadelphia Wind Symphony. I have also performed professionally for several musicals including West Side Story, Pirates of Penzance, and Animal farm. My previous performance experience includes being principal trombone of the Audubon Symphony Orchestra, principal euphonium for the Michigan City Municipal Band, and performing a solo work with the IUSB Wind Ensemble. My main specialty lies with classical trombone but I also have plenty of experience with jazz music.
