I am a guitarist, percussionist, and songwriter/composer with a love of teaching.
I have played guitar since age 11 and been involved in numerous bands throughout my life as a lead guitarist and often as band leader and composer. I have been teaching since I was 17 and have taught in many different situations and scenarios. I love teaching anyone, from beginner to professional and any age. My versatility, experience, and formal training helps me to make the learning experience easy, stress free and fun.

Currently, I am collaborating with a Hip-Hop artist to create a new fusion album driven by the guitar. Our group, A Lucky Few, should be releasing this album later this year. During the time of pandemic, I have still had opportunities to perform for an international audience online and for local audiences at a distance outside. The music will always continue.

I am willing to travel to your location or to teach you online.

Some of the musical styles I regularly teach: Rock, Hard Rock, Alternative, Pop, Punk, Blues, Jazz, Funk, Soul, R&B, Classical, West African, Latin, and Celtic. I also teach alternate tunings, live looping, and composition/improvisation.
