Hi! I'm a freelance drummer/percussionist based in Chicagoland. In the spring of 2019, I graduated from Coe College with a Bachelor of Music degree in Percussion Performance. These days, I'm very happy to have the opportunity to play drums with various artists that span a multitude of genres: Danielle Juhre (soul/pop), Blue Orbit Combo (jazz), New Horizons (jazz and concert band), Albion West (folk), Daniel Asher (alternative rock), and Duchess (indie rock). Outside of artist gigging, I've regularly performed drums/orchestral percussion with other groups in Chicagoland/Eastern Iowa: Orchestra Iowa (symphony orchestra), Theatre Cedar Rapids (community musical theatre), Spirito! Singers (choral ensembles), Revival Theatre Company (community musical theatre), and the Cedar Rapids Municipal Band (professional concert band). Although I'm a recent graduate, I think I bring to the table a fresh perspective on what it takes to be successful at drums/percussion in middle school, high school, college, OR just as a hobby in 2020. I'm very excited to share what I've learned over the years with anyone that'd be interested!
