I have a bachelors of science degree in k-12 music education from Ball State University and a Masters of Education degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. I have enjoyed teaching elementary general music, youth choirs, band and orchestra for 20 years. I love teaching private lessons and watching my students grow musically. I especially enjoy teaching elementary age students and beginners of any age. I am a teacher who believes first and foremost that music should be enjoyed! The more a student enjoys their music the greater their long term success! I believe students should be able to work with the styles and genres of music they like. I can't wait to help you or your child find their love and passion for music!
