Classical Piano with Jennifer M.

Hello! My background was in classical piano. From age 7 to age 18 I was in lessons with a Julliard trained pianist who had me involved with the National Piano Guild. I ended up going to school to study physics, and in my free time began my journey into blues and jazz piano while still indulging in my classical roots. Years after school I found a wonderful music school in Hood River, OR that welcomed me in and trained me to be a music educator. I taught piano there for two years before relocating to the Twin Cities. Music education has become my primary passion, and I especially love inventing imaginative games to help children to have fun while learning so that they not only stick with music, but they build confidence and find their musical strengths.
