Jeff is now living in Arlington, VA, and is available for in-person teaching in the D.C./Metro area.
Jeff has been folding origami for over twenty years, and working as an origami artist and teacher for the past four. He is a teacher and artist with Taro's Origami Studio, and has independently taught origami at Manhattan Youth LAB Middle School in addition to workshops and private lessons to students of all ages. Jeff has also been hired as an origami artist for television commercials and live events.
Jeff is also an actor, musician, and theatre teaching artist. He trained at New York University, the Dell'Arte School of Physical Theatre, and Circus Warehouse. Favorite professional credits include two seasons each with the Texas and South Dakota Shakespeare Festivals, composing and musical directing an award-winning score for Libra Theater's "12th Night," and teaching/directing as an international guest artist with Burgh Healthy Hub in Helensburgh, Australia.

Jeff was such an amazing teacher. He came to our home and even brought the special paper with him. Our son who is 7 and his friends (8-9yrs) thoroughly enjoyed learning how to fold origami and it was a creative fun way to spend the afternoon. We hope to do it again soon.+ Read More
