I'm a grand champion black belt in Shotokan Freestyle Karate, I competed in cage fighting, I have taught and trained self defense seminars, coach cage fighters at local fights, and have choreographed fight scenes for plays and for filmmakers.  I can help you in all these areas

I am the Lead Instructor at Open Palm Martial Arts, a black belt in Shotokan Free style Karate also a Grand Champion in the Martial Arts Circuit. I have 10 plus years studying different style of Martial Arts training Athletes from 5 years old to 60. Also I've helped many student reach their fitness goals and build confidence. I've also successfully competed in Mix Martial Arts cafe fighting.

I have a great passion for the Arts and love every aspect of it. From Self Defense to the Traditional Meditative side, also the Combat and acrobatics. I can teach you to Fight, Flip, and Protect with my courses online or in person.

The worst gym I've been to in about 25 years.... if you aren't "in" with the instructor don't even bother.
